This is a personal website. It collects as little as possible, and never sells anything it collects.

What is collected
If you write through the contact form, it records your name, email address, organisation (if you give one), the topic you select and your message. Nothing else is asked for.
Why it is collected
Only to read your message and reply to it. Your details are not used for marketing lists and are never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in this site's own database, accessible only to Ravi and the small team who help manage his correspondence.
How long it is kept
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless an ongoing conversation requires keeping them longer.
Analytics
Aggregate analytics may be used to understand which pages are read. Those figures are counts and trends, not profiles of individual visitors.
Embedded videos
Videos on the speaking and podcast pages are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and only load once you click play.
Deleting your data
Write through the contact form asking for deletion and your message and details will be removed.
